Get picked up from Cochin Airport or Railway Station for your Kerala adventure. Wind along mountain roads, past rushing streams and around crazy curves as you drop down to lush valleys on your way to Simpson Park for some great camping fun. Pause for photo breaks at Cheeyappara and Valara Falls before driving on to Munnar. Check-in at your hotel, and the rest of the evening is free for you to be on your own, visit the market or just enjoy walking around mountains.
Post breakfast, take in a full day of sightseeing across Munnar. Eravikulam National Park is where you can spot rare Nilgiri Tahr and rolling meadows. Then travel to Mattupetty Dam to enjoy the scenic luster of the lake, Echo Point where gusty winds match with gurgling sound and Kundala Lake which offers tranquility through boat rides. After breakfast, proceed to Thekkady known for its spice plantations and Periyar Tiger Reserve. Upon arrival, after checking in to your hotel, you can take it easy. Post breakfast, drive down to Alleppey – Known as the Venice of the East. The travel time from Munnar to Thekkady is approximately 3.5 hours and that from Thekkady to Alleppey takes about 4 hours. Alleppey is flanked by Kovalam, around 5 hour drive and you can choose to either return to Trivandrum or Cochin according to your flight set up.
